The most tender COUNTRY FRIED STEAK ever! Salt and pepper cubed steak on both sides. Dip in scrambled egg then in flour. Fry on both sides until browned. Transfer to foil lined baking sheet. When all are browned and on pan, cover top with foil. Rule here is "Low and Slow". Cook on 300 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Meat is tender enough for my 11 month old.
